Stretch yourself a little and try something new. Go play in a new fandom or with a new pairing. Try working in a new medium. Or check out some fanworks that are new to you.
I recently checked out and quite enjoyed this Doctor Who oneshot by OldToadWoman, Finally Ginger. It didn't go in the direction I was expecting and that was a real treat. I'm not sure how much more DW fic I'll seek out in the future (simply because it's one of the few shows that I'm fairly content with the canon material), but this was a nice break from the usual nooks and crannies of my current fandoms that I lurk in.
In your own space, post self-recs for at least three fanworks that you created.
Ooof, self-reccing. It can feel really... self-indulgent? But there's nothing wrong with that, I think.
Catch & Release - Star Wars: Sequel Trilogy, Rey X Kylo Ren, 5,000 words (Complete)
Not your typical Valentines Day Reylo piece. Mind the major character death tag.
Brinkmanship - Star Wars: Sequel Trilogy, Rey x Kylo Ren x Hux, 17,000 words (Complete)
A collaboration that I did with thatfinalgasp ages ago. We came up with an interesting sort of play on a kink concept (collaring) and then threw in political machinations on top just for fun.
Ash and Torment - Avatar: The Last Airbender, Zuko x Katara, 10,000 words (WIP)
Something that I started for Zutara Week in 2017 that really deserves some love, attention, and to be properly finished. A complete alternate timeline that's kind of a trope in Zutara - Katara being captured and raised in the Fire Nation after the attacks on the South Pole - but not delivered in the usual fashion.
(Putting in a 4th since one was only a partial self-rec since it was a collab. And because I CAN)
no one alive is you-er than you, especially you, jason - The Good Place, Genfic, 1,300 words (Complete)
I think this was one of my rare, truly in-character and in-universe ficlets for TGP. Plus who doesn't love a good birthday party?

I'm not sure that I really slam-dunked this one, but I found a few different people's posts from Day 6 asking for some comments and tried to leave at least a little something to brighten their inboxes.
Will be working on Day 10's challenge today inbetween sneezing myself to death
