Earlier this weekend I was able to post an update. Huzzah for progress! The last time that I had been able to do so was... April 2021. So this has been long overdue. Hope everyone enjoyed it!

So many pieces were coming together, if only I could assemble them into the final picture. I managed to put one foot in front of another without outright staring over my shoulder at the Erudite co-conspirators who had finally revealed themselves. I followed Eric’s tense frame between two of the trucks in the “U” we had stood in and tried to position myself where I could look back. Eric deliberately stood in my eyeline, preventing me from watching the commotion.

Try as I might to watch, Eric’s attention demanded mine. “What on god’s fucking green earth are you doing here, Prior?” The tension in his voice fought with his clear attempts to keep the volume down.
